Description

Alma Personnel have been instructed by there Birmingham based client to recruit for an experienced Team leader for their Customer Service department.

Assisting the customer service manager in supporting and supervising the day to day running of the team.
  • Manage and maintain CS activities
  • Monitor aftercare appointments to ensure they are completed in time
  • Ensure the team are making advance bookings to meet with set KPI’s
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Ensure all contact from customers is being dealt with in a timely fashion
  • Assist the customer service team as and when required
  • Manage, own and maintain complaints
  • Deputise customer service manager as and when required
  • Ensure customer queries and complaints are recorded, logged and updated on system
  • Ensure all staff complete induction training within the probation period
  • One and one meetings to deliver KPI’s with team
  • Maintain your own personal knowledge of services, product and systems
Salary £18K, no onsite parking.
