Alma Personnel have great pleasure in recruiting for their Basingstoke based client for for an experienced Data Administrator to be based out of their offices.
This position is being offered on a 6 month contract.
Working within the financial services department you will be required to enter shell data for long term contracts into the SAP system using data extracts from partner companies SAP system.
You will then be required to extract that data and reconcile it back to source.
- Work with sales and service sales administration teams to ensure that contracts are entered accurately to deadlines.
- Activate short term and long term rental contracts
- Provide adhoc admin support to other parts of the department
- Have an eye for detail and if something does not look right, you must highlight it
- Fast accurate entry is essential coupled with high attention to detail
- Excel skills required, VlookUps an advantage and general IT skills
- Experience of high volume of data entry is essential
- SAP and advantage
