My Stratford on Avon client is looking to recruit an experienced data entry administrator to work from their offices.
You will be required to input the organisations confidential information onto their system, whilst accurately checking each entry of data inputted, question entry if it does not appear correct with up to 4 other departments.
Work with other stakeholders within other service areas in capturing and recording vital information.
Provide update reports on progress.
Carry out other administrative duties as per duty manager.
You will need to have excellent and accurate data entry experience, ability to use Excel and interpret records/maps/documents of different age, detail and scale.
Excellent levels of concentration, methodical in your approach to your work and communicate effectively bot in writing and verbally.
Previous experience in using in house computer systems for data entry would be an advantage.
My client is paying between £20K to £25K for the right candidates, plus excellent benefits.
This position is in being offered on a 12 month contract with a view to go permanent.
