Alma Personnel have been instructed by their Basingstoke based client to recruit for an experienced Goods-in Administrator.
This position is being offered upto a 6 month temporary contract and will be office based.
You will be responsible for receipt and booking in of heavy goods and ancillary equipment onto a SAP system, which will be needed to be updated regularly for all receipts.
Print all sales orders, scan any relevant receipts on to SAP.
Liaise with suppliers to organise any work and parts.
Whilst you will be liaising with national accounts, there is however very little telephone work, although though you will need excellent communication skills.
IT literate, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Work closely with Team Leader in an office. Have to be self motivated and be able to work on own as sometimes Team Leader out of the office.
Hours of work are Mon-Tue 9am – 5pm.
£11ph pay rate.
