Sales Administrator

Description

Alma Personnel have been instructed by their Solihull based client for an experienced Sales Administrator to be based out of their offices.

You will be responsible for monitoring  and maintaining the sales process for the sales teams and development team.

 

Tasks:-

  • Maintain sales administration process and sales staff rotas whilst updating all developments details for marketing
  • Create files for product
  • Distribute info within sales and marketing
  • Assist with setting up new developments
  • Admin support fort the sales teams
  • Assist with the induction and training of new staff
  • Input and update database whilst monitoring company emails that come in via website

Skills:-

  • GCSE or equivalent, English, Maths, IT skills including Office and Word
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and writing
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Problems solving skills
  • ¬†Previous sales administration experience desirable

This position is initially being offered on a Temp to perm basis subject to probation period
