Service Administrator

Description

My client in the Buckley area is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be reporting to the service office team leader and will be responsible for various aspects of the Service Office, providing support to the Regional Service Manager and Engineers.

Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Daily running of the service desk, sharing the control of a team of service engineers
  • Processing Engineers paperwork to invoice customers
  • Opening and closing the depot on a rota basis
  • Invoice queries and quotes
  • Renewing customer service contracts
  • Check warranty paperwork and processing
  • Creating and contacting customers for quotations

8.30am – 4.30pm (1/2hr lunch) OR 8.30am – 5.00pm (1hr Lunch)

Hours per week: 37.5

Salary: 19,500 – 21,000

Ideal Candidate;

  • SAP experience would be an advantage
  • Full UK Driving licence as you will be required to travel for training and depot coverage
