Assistant Manager

Description

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Assistant Manager with excellent customer service skills to assist the senior management team.

The duties of the role:

  • Manage incoming enquiries and maximise new business opportunities
  • Exceed customer expectations and always put the customer first
  • Maximise opportunities to increase sales
  • Maintain all customer records and all other admin duties
  • Taking customer payments
  • Creating customer contracts

The ideal candidate:

  • Comfortable working alone and at weekends (with time off in the week)
  • Confident and a clear communicator
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Customer Service background
  • Sales would be advantegeous
