Assistant Payroll Administrator

Description

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Payroll Administrator to join our client at their head office based in Oldbury.

Duties include:

  • Collating relevant payroll information such as attendance record sheets, sickness forms, personal data changes, bank details
  • PAYE/NIC, SMP/SAP/SPP/SSP
  • Calculate starters and leavers
  • Collate and calculate monthly overtime
  • Monthend and year-end payroll duties such as P60’s and P11d’s

The ideal candidate must have good IT skills including Excel, with a high level of attention to detail. They must be a team player within a willingness to learn and progress.

Knowledge of Payroll/Government legislation is also essential.

Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm, 1 hour lunch
