Assistant Purchasing Chinese Speaking

Description

We are currently recruiting for our online retailer of home products for client based in the Stourbridge area for an Assistant Purchasing and inventory control person to join their busy team.

Duties

  • Manage the inventory control system whilst updating stock where there id movement of stock
  • Customer returns and refunds on inventory system daily
  • Responsible of doing sales reports and stock ordering plans
  • Place PO with suppliers the follow up
  • Generate stock analysis report monthly
  • Gather product information and update datasheet
  • Other admin duties

Skills and experience

  • Must be fluent in Chinese and English
  • Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail as well has hard working and reliable

Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
