Customer Service Advisors - French Speakers


Our client based in the Walsall area are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative  – French Speaker to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

They are looking for the successful candidate to start on 13th September 2021.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering all customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Handle any tracking issues and deal with customer credits.
  • Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure smooth running.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have worked within a similar role in the Manufacturing/Production industry.
  • Have good IT skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Be able to think logically..
