Our client based in the Walsall area are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
They are looking for the successful candidate to start on 13th September 2021.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering all customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Handle any tracking issues and deal with customer credits.
- Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure smooth running.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have worked within a similar role in the Manufacturing/Production industry.
- Have good IT skills.
- Second language is advantageous – Italian, French.
- Be able to think logically.
