Customer Service Representative

Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Walsall.  The client is looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator and can deliver exceptional customer service.

Main duties:

  • Answering customer calls and emails, promptly and professionally
  • Updating customers regarding their orders
  • Ensuring data is entered accurately
  • Maintaining a high level of organisation and accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Achieving any objectives set and supporting colleagues

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A minimum 1 year experience in Administration and Customer Service
  • Logical with good numerical reasoning
  • Excellent communication and and interpersonal skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Proactive approach to their work
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
