We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Walsall. The client is looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator and can deliver exceptional customer service.
Main duties:
- Answering customer calls and emails, promptly and professionally
- Updating customers regarding their orders
- Ensuring data is entered accurately
- Maintaining a high level of organisation and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Achieving any objectives set and supporting colleagues
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A minimum 1 year experience in Administration and Customer Service
- Logical with good numerical reasoning
- Excellent communication and and interpersonal skills
- Works well under pressure
- Proactive approach to their work
- Good Microsoft Office skills
