Alma Personnel are recruiting on behalf of their West Bromwich based client for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Advisor to be based out of their offices.
You will be working within the CS team taking incoming telephone orders from customers and dealing with them in a professional and friendly manner.
Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm, upto 18K depending on experience.
- You will have come from a customer service environment dealing with orders and queries.
- Must have accurate record keeping and inputting experience whilst following confidentiality procedures
- Excellent IT skills, MS office packages, Outlook and web
- Proven track record of excellent interpersonal skills and a great telephone manner
- Must be able to work as a team and on your own initiative
- Good listening skills and able to multi task
- Creativity is always encouraged as well as new ideas
