My client based in the Tamworth area are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their team on temporary basis as maternity cover. This role is due to last between 9 – 18 months.
Main duties include:
- Oversee and manage a team of staff in various departments.
- Handle and log customer complaints onto the inhouse system.
- Liaise with internal and external parties.
- First point of contact for customers via social media platforms.
- Manage social media platforms and keep them updates.
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous supervisory experience.
- Have customer service/complaints experience.
- Be organised and able to motivate a team of staff.
- Be able to communicate to members of staff on all levels.
