Customer Service Supervisor

Description

My client based in the Tamworth area are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their team on temporary basis as maternity cover. This role is due to last between 9 – 18 months.

Main duties include:

  • Oversee and manage a team of staff in various departments.
  • Handle and log customer complaints onto the inhouse system.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties.
  • First point of contact for customers via social media platforms.
  • Manage social media platforms and keep them updates.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous supervisory experience.
  • Have customer service/complaints experience.
  • Be organised and able to motivate a team of staff.
  • Be able to communicate to members of staff on all levels.
