Customer Service Team Leader

Description

We are recruiting for a Birmingham based online company to join them at this exciting and busy time as a Customer Service Team Leader to manage their mail order department.

This is a very small set up and would suit a Customer Service Advisor who is looking for the next step of responsibility.

For this role, you will be required to have the following skills: –

  • Vast customer service experience
  • Understanding of KPI’s and targets
  • Online sales/mail order experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to bring forward new and fresh ideas
  • Must be a team player but also work well on your own initiative
  • Friendly and confident personality

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
