Export Sales Administrator

Description

We are currently recruiting for an Export Sales Administrator for our client based in Smethwick on a permanent, full-time basis.

Duties include:

- Processing export sales and invoices

- Liaising with the sales department to process incoming purchase orders

- Responding to customer queries via telephone and email

- Arrange shipping of goods via courier and freight forwarders

- Raising the appropriate export paperwork

- Quotations using SAGE

- Use of CRM system to update database

The ideal candidate will be extremely organised with the ability to prioritise their workload and work well under pressure.

Although Export experience is beneficial, it is not essential.

Good computer skills including the use of Microsoft Excel is a must.
