Junior Buyer

Description

Our client based in the Wednesbury area are currently looking for a Junior Buyer to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and build relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Evaluate and manage stock requirements including stock out and order issues
  • Support all members team as well as Head of Purchasing
  • Source products, existing and new, to improve the supply chain
  • Handle all customer enquiries

Ideal candidates must have:

  • Excellent excel skills
  • Previous experience in Buying
  • Experience of using a variety of in-house systems
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
