My client based in the Sutton Coldfield area are currently recruiting for a receptionist to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis.
Main duties include:
- Being the first point of contact for all customers both face-to-face and via telephone.
- Responsible for opening and closing.
- Provide refreshments for customers.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
- Manage diary and book appointments.
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous reception experience.
- Come across as friendly and confident.
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
- Have excellent communication skills.
